Alex Hoffman serves as the Director of Professional Relations, acting as a strategic liaison between clinical teams and the broader healthcare community. In this role, Alex cultivates high-level partnerships with hospitals, health systems, and stakeholders to ensure seamless access to comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment. His work is driven by a systems-oriented approach that prioritizes transparency, ethical alignment, and the continuity of care for every client.
A native of Middlesex County, New Jersey, Alex has been immersed in the behavioral health industry since 2014. His career trajectory—rising from a front-line Behavioral Health Technician to Director of Operations and Business Development—gives him a unique, “ground-up” perspective. He understands the complex realities of client care as deeply as he understands organizational strategy. Recognized as an industry thought leader, Alex’s insights on addiction and recovery have been featured in Philadelphia Magazine, the Pittsburgh Business Times, Authority Magazine, and on Pittsburgh Action News.
Outside of his professional life, Alex is an avid student of philosophy, drawing inspiration from thinkers like Socrates and Marcus Aurelius to guide his approach to ethical leadership. He often cites Voltaire, noting that we should “judge a person by their questions rather than their answers”—a mindset he applies to the recovery process. When not working, Alex enjoys training at the gym, attending live hockey and football games, and spending time with his Husky, Kane.
