Anthony Palmisano is a Licensed Therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and life transitions. He earned his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Addictions from Montclair State University and is both a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Anthony provides compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), he helps clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve lasting recovery.
Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with family and friends, following football, and pursuing continued personal and professional growth.
