Katia Stuart serves as Director of Professional Relations for the New York region, bringing more than 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, business development, and strategic partnership development. Throughout her career, she has cultivated trusted relationships with hospital systems, behavioral health providers, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), first responder organizations, union networks, and community partners across New York, New Jersey, and the Mid-Atlantic region.
Katia earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William Paterson University and her Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Capella University, where she is also pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Psychology. Her academic background, combined with decades of industry experience, provides a unique perspective on building strategic partnerships that expand access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
Driven by a genuine passion for serving others, Katia is committed to connecting individuals and families with compassionate, evidence-based care. Outside of work, Katia enjoys golfing, tennis, pickleball, chess, jazz, fashion, and exploring art exhibits.
