Megan is a graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Women’s Studies. Megan is an active Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), a credential through the New Jersey State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners, Alcohol and Drug Counselor Committee.
With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience within the behavioral healthcare field, Megan has held multiple C-suite roles overseeing operations, administration, organizational development, and clinical support services across substance use disorder and mental health treatment programs throughout the United States. Her extensive background in multi-site program operations and strategic leadership positions her to effectively guide and support the organization’s expanding continuum of care across New Jersey.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Megan is deeply passionate about creating environments that support both clinical quality and organizational growth. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she values time with family and friends and maintains a strong personal commitment to wellness, balance, and self-care.
