Ryan Guterl, Executive Clinical Director at New Life Mental Health. Ryan graduated from Caldwell University in New Jersey with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Certified as a Nationally Approved Clinical Supervisor. His clinical background includes mental health, addictions, families and couples. Ryan’s theoretical approach to therapy stems from person-centered and existentialism, while being proficient in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy receiving training at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City. Prior to joining New Life Mental Health Ryan has worked as both a clinical director and executive director at multiple locations in both New Jersey and Connecticut. Ryan has transferred his wealth of experience to the team at New Life Mental Health and has worked to develop a clinical program that includes his expertise of 17 years working in the fields of addictions and mental health.
